New research presented at this year’s European Congress on Obesity (ECO) in Maastricht, Netherlands, finds that not getting enough good quality sleep undermines people’s attempts to keep weight off after dieting, and suggests that around two hours of vigorous physical activity per week can help maintain better sleep.
